We recently completed the flooring in this four bedroomed house for a local property developer that incorporated these really cool tramline transitions in the door thresholds.

All the rooms were floored with Luxury Vinyl Tiles by Invictus and Luvanto, and the stairs were topped with StainFree Ultra by Abingdon Flooring

This new development has been fully fitted out with luxury vinyl tiles and carpets.

The Invictus Maximus parquet really sets off the blue and grey fitted kitchen and covers the entire 80 square metres of the ground floor.

In between each door frame, or expansion gap, we have these super special trims by Stairrods. These expansion trims not only hide the joins between rooms, but look amazing doing so.

Giving a bevelled look to the floor underneath them, and set in chrome trims, the Ali Trim by Stairrods really gives a luxurious finish.

The trims are also available for your stair cases. Here we just finished off the top step to blend nicely into the hallway, and again the Ali Wrap comes with a selection of trim colours, including Chrome, Brass, Antique or Black.

Should you prefer LVT on your staircase, the the Ali Wraps can be fitted on every step.

On the staircase itself the customer chose StainFree Ultra by Abingdon Carpets. The pale grey marries beautifully with the timber flooring and continues a calm feeling right throughout the home.

Upstairs the landing and bedrooms have been decked out with Laurel Oak, a stunning warm plank by Luvanto LVT with the matching Ali Wrap to the top step .
